The City of Utica wishes to congratulate the following members during the Swearing-In Ceremony for its Fire Department: Paramedic Travis Sparling, Firefighter/Paramedic Kevin St. Peter, Firefighter/EMT Jacki St. Peter, Emergency Medical Technician Laura Nowacki, Paramedic Kaylee Radtke, and Emergency Medical Technician Alexis Elder.
