Of the 1,064 people living in Memphis in 2020, 44.6 percent (475) were women and 55.4 percent (589) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Macomb Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 51. In the 65 and over age range, there were 69 females and 82 males.
