Macomb County Emergency Management issued the following announcement on Aug. 12.
Our 19th Hazard for #MacombCounty is Civil Disturbance. Civil Disturbances are a public demonstration, gathering, or a prison uprising, that results in a disruption of essential functions, by rioting, looting, arson, or other unlawful behavior.
