Macomb Township issued the following announcement on March 19.

Governor Whitmer issued an order at 11:00 am March 23, 2020 in regards to the Coronavirus urging residents to “Stay Home and Stay Safe” only allowing essential travel.

Due to these unusual circumstances, I have amended the agenda for the March 25, 2020 Board of Trustees Meeting, the agenda will be shortened to 5 items as follows:

Approval of the Agenda

Approval of Bills

Approval of Meeting Minutes from March 11, 2020

Consent agenda items # 5, 6 & 7

Public Comments

Declare a 30 - Day State of Emergency

All other items will be addressed at a later Board meeting.

The Board meeting will be conducted through telecommuting for both Board members and public participation. The meeting will be conducted in the same manner as if we were in the Board Room.

I ask all participating members to mute the phone unless speaking too eliminate background noise.

Following the meeting, the minutes will be composed and a “draft” posted to the website until approved by the Board at the next meeting.
