Macomb County Animal Control issued the following announcement on Feb. 20.
Dear sweet goofy Eddy! You have waited so patiently for your new family. We have all been so sad when you were over looked for others day after day. We kept telling you your day was coming and you kept entertaining us with your silly antics and being such a good boy while you continued to wait.
Today was finally Eddy’s day! His gotcha day! We will miss you silly boy, but so so happy to see you with your new family! Happy Life buddy!
