Prosecutor Eric Smith issued the following announcement on Jan. 24.
Perry Rouse, 26, received a sentence of 10-15 years in prison from Judge Joseph Toia in Macomb County Circuit Court after pleading no contest last month to second-degree murder for the death of Charlie "C.J." McGowan, 24, of Clinton Township.
