Macomb County Sheriff’s Office issued the following announcement on Nov. 8.
Sgt. Jeff McPherson was honored to receive an award from the Boy Scouts of America for his dedication to the Explorers group. Sgt. McPherson, who was once an Explorer himself, has taken a leadership role teaching these young men and women about law enforcement. Sgt McPherson has been with the Explorers for 17 years with the past 3 years leading the way as an advisor.
We are extremely proud of Sgt McPherson and all that he has accomplished.
