Utica Community Schools issued the following announcement on Jan. 29.

Evan makes it a priority to produce work of the highest quality and substance. Over the past three years, Evan has demonstrated his talent in illustration, film production, 3D modeling, and animation. His ability to conceptualize ideas and solve design problems at an advanced level is an asset that supports his work in school, his future work at Macomb Community College, and his goal as a professional animator.  Congratulations Evan.

Our outstanding CTE senior is Amantia Mema.  She is a 3rd-year Medical Science student at Stevenson high school and is enrolled in the Nursing Assistant course. She is talented, attentive, driven, a leader, and a team player in the classroom. Amantia is an honor student and will be a valedictorian for the Class of 2022.  She is a member of HOSA-Future Health Professionals, a leader for the club, and a three-time state qualifier.  She is also a member of the National Honor Society, Key Club, and is a member of the Varsity Swim Team.
