Holiday preparations wearing you down? Take some time out for yourself.
Teri Flores will guide us using gentle chair exercises and stretching to help us reset and refresh. Included will be simple face yoga, breathing techniques, and a short meditation. Wear comfortable clothing and use a sturdy chair. Questions and answers after the session.
