Come learn tips and tricks for caring for your mind and body. Each week we'll try a new self-care technique then you'll go home with a kit to practice your new skills!
Self-Care Saturdays are on the 2nd Saturday of each month! Our themes are:
- Sept. 10 - Calming Colors: learn how color theory can foster relaxation and boost your mood.
It is not required you attend all four sessions but it is suggested.
This event is for grades 6 through 12 only.
