City of Center Line issued the following announcement on Oct. 26.
Halloween Fest this year was fantastic!! We saw an amazing array of costumed trick-or-treaters and wonderfully creative decorated cars and trucks passing out candy!! The winners of the Best Decorated Car/Truck are:
1st Place - Daniel Esse
2nd Place - Art Mendelson
3rd Place - Corrie Biddulph
