Michigan City of Center Line issued the following announcement on Sept. 3.
Huron-Clinton Metroparks and DTE Energy are teaming up to offer FREE admission to the Metroparks this Labor Day weekend. Visitors can visit any of the 13 Metroparks and receive a free daily vehicle pass on dates listed below.
Friday, Sept. 3 – Monday, Sept. 6 (Labor Day)
The Huron-Clinton Metroparks offer nearly 25,000 acres of woods, 55 miles of paved trails, seven regulation golf courses plus water and recreational facilities. The parks offer picnicking, fishing, swimming, boating, hiking, nature study, biking, golf, disc golf and a diversity of outdoor programs - there is something for everyone. No need to register, just visit www.metroparks.com to find a park near you.
