Macomb County Planning and Economic Development issued the following announcement on July 19.
An industrial firm plans to create 100 new jobs as part of a $13.8 million project on property in Warren that was formerly used as a golf driving range.
According to city records and officials, Modular Automotive Systems and its parent company, Hollingsworth Logistics Group LLC, plan to conduct assembly, warehousing and distribution of automotive supplies at the 295,000-square-foot facility on Dequindre Road, south of 10 Mile Road.
Construction of the building is close to completion on land that was formerly Stacy’s Driving Range.
