I had the amazing opportunity to join Macomb County students from Duncan and Mohawk Elementary on a field trip to the Detroit Institute of Arts today. We were able to enjoy art, culture and history with Director Salvador Salort-Pons.
With more than 65,000 pieces of art that date from the earliest civilizations to the present, the Detroit Institute of Arts offers visitors an experience they can’t find in books, on TV or online.
