MACOMB COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL: Tail-End of Summer Adoption Event

Business dog(1000)

Macomb County Animal Control recently issued the following announcement.

Join us at Macomb County Animal Control on Saturday, August 24, from 10am-2pm for the Tail-End of Summer Adoption Event! Adoption fees will be sponsored for adult large/medium breed dogs and adult cats and we will have reduced fees for kittens, puppies and small breed dogs (if available).

**SPONSORS NEEDED**

Woodland Meadows (A Dart Property) has been gracious enough to commit to sponsoring an adoption fee for one lucky family! We would love to see more support from the community! If you are interested in sponsoring adoption fees, please contact us via email animalcontrol@macombgov.org or phone (586) 469-5115.

**ADOPTERS WANTED**

For those who do not own their home, it is required that you bring proof of your rental/lease agreement with the pet addendum in order to finalize the adoption.

We want to make the perfect match for your family, therefore we request that ALL family members in home, including children and dog(s) be present at the time of adoption. Please keep your dog(s) RESTRAINED/CONFINED outside of the adoption area until you are ready to meet the dog you are interested in, at which time a staff member will assist with proper introduction.

Complete an adoption application to be pre-approved https://animalcontrol.macombgov.org/AnimalControl-AdoptionA….

Please share this Tail-End of Summer Adoption Event to help get all of our shelter pets into loving furever homes!

A current listing of our adoptable animals can be found here: https://animalcontrol.macombgov.org/AnimalControl-Adopt.
