The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office is participating in National Night out this year.  It is set for Tuesday, August, 2, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm at the Sheriff’s Office main building in Mt. Clemens.   We are currently looking for community businesses/organizations that would like to participate or donate.  This is a great event to get your business information out to the community by way of information, resources, giveaways, games and more.

Any business or organization wishing to participate or donate, please contact Renee.yax@macombcountymi.gov.  This is a family event so businesses must be kid-friendly.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
