Clinton-Macomb Public Library recently issued the following announcement.

Join us to make steamed dumplings, wonton wrappers stuffed with a delicious veggie filling, served with a soy and sesame dipping sauce.
This program is intended for children to practice food preparation skills. The amount of supervision/assistance/support needed is specific to each family, based on a variety of factors, including the age, experience, skill set and maturity. Each family should determine with their child in advance what the child is allowed to do on their own, and when they need to ask for help.
Skills used: chopping, mincing, grating, crumbling, measuring, filling and sealing.
Stove or oven use is required. Ingredient list and recipe will be provided upon registration. The Zoom link to be provided prior to the presentation.
