Dr. Michelle Davila who is a licensed naturopathic doctor with Beaumont Integrative Medicine in Royal Oak will talk about Lifestyle strategies and natural therapies that support mental health.

Mental health is influenced by a variety of factors including lifestyle, relationships, environment, genetics, life history and current circumstances. We are fortunate to have the ability to influence many of these factors. In this presentation, Dr. Davila will talk more about ways that we can support our own well-being through simple, everyday habits and skills that can be honed through practice, nutrition and more.
