Use this form to enter a child entering grades 6 through 8 in our Back to School Backpack Raffle. One student from this grade level category will win a backpack filled with school supplies courtesy of the MacDonald Public Library. There is ONE entry per child. Any additional entries for a child will be deleted before the drawing takes place. Drawing for winners will take place on 8/31/22. Winners will be notified by phone and email on 9/1/22. Winners will have from 9/1/22 to 9/7/22 to pick up their backpack or else they forfeit the right to any prizes and another winner will be drawn.
