On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Richmond High School standout Bennett Hitzelberger’s current college team, the Wayne State Warriors, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Newberry Wolves.

The game took place at Smith Road Complex. This was their third matchup against the Wolves this season.

The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 12 p.m. at Smith Road Complex against Newberry Wolves.
